Fitter Futures is a well run, professional set up that my kids love to go to. They feel that they are getting stronger and fitter. As a parent I love to see them achieve in the classes and set themselves up for a healthy and fir adult life. I would highly recommend fitting this into your children routine.

My daughter started at Fitter Futures a few weeks ago with a few of her friends from school and they absolutely love going. They now train 3 days per week and enjoy the support of their coaches in building their strength and fitness and working hard to achieve their own individual goals. We highly recommend Sam and her team at Chelmer.

I have trained with Sam and I know how passionate she is about health and fitness. My son and stepdaughter (who are both 12) have both trained at Fitter Futures under the excellent supervision of Sam and her team. The programme is a great mix of strength work, mobility and aerobic exercise and it's all done in a really friendly, child-focused environment. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
