Cincotta Discount Chemist Inala

Probably the best in this plaza. Very friendly staff on certain days, on others not as much but not a bad pharmacy. Another reviewer noted the oddness of three in one plaza, it’s because it’s a low income area. Pharmacies are everywhere in Inala because it is cheapest to rent there, pharmacies are more like retail stores now. Great selection of products including cosmetics. Lots of great food in the area for low prices. I’d avoid the other two pharmacies as the staff are unprofessional and untrained to deal with people’s personal needs. This is a good place to come if you’re in the area. Lovely service staff who are very nice.

Great shop. Quick service. Friendly service always helpful. Won't be beaten on price. Great staff & plenty of them so never a wait for anything.nI have had to remove 1 star since old shop burned down 12mths or so ago, this shop has moved 3 times into bigger premises each time, with losing their WHIZZ BANG drug dispensing machine I am sad to say that the level of service has gone down. They still serve you very quickly but you can frequently wait more than 20min + for your completed script. They will still beat any other local chemist for price but the lengthy wait for your script can be quite frustrating. They are a bad side affect of their own good service.

Inala Plaza is both small shopping centre and outdoor market. So the presence of three pharmacies is a little unusual. Cincotta is the largest of the three, with a layout that is closer to Chemist Warehouse than Priceline Pharmacy or Terry White. In terms of price, it's ok. But service is often terse and dismissive. Worse, it's very slow. If you need a chemist at Inala Plaza, I'd recommend the one just off to the left as you exit Cincotta.

I went to the store I seen an Asian appearance lady walk out with 8 tissues box's so i thought for $0.50c a box why not get 4 the person behind the counter told me 2 box per person so i explained that there was a lady walked out with 8 boxs of tissues but i wasn't allowed 4 then i was given a notice not to go in the store again with police with security guard handing me the notice which i feel targeted i would like to know why Australians are different to Asian appearances?????
