He listens and take notices what is my condition and then giving advices of the suitable jobs that I should consider and he also advised me how should I overcome my weakness and enhance my strength in order to successfully getting a job. Initially, the service provided to me by AWA was unsettling and rocky as massive staff changes meant I had 4 different job coaches within a 6 week period.nHowever, then Lek stepped in and the service improved drastically. Lek listened even amongst his busy schedule, and made a concerted effort to assist me despite my difficult situation and to the maximum boundaries within the scope of his position.nI am now doing a degree in Sports and Exercise Science at university, and appreciated Lek's support; as in truth, I would most likely have sought the assistance of another Network Agency had it not been for Lek.

Lek from the Inala office, has been very supportive through out my health issues and injuries. The assistance provided is professional yet understanding and compassionate.
