Best decision I've made since moving to Brisbane is joining F45 17MR. Coaches are legends. Workouts are awesome. And it's an investment in your health. I couldn't quit even if I tried (and I have tried btw)

Won a free 8 week challenge at their previous studio (F45 Jindalee) and was so impressed with their staff, classes and all-round goodness of the studio! Hope everything settles down and they re-open ASAP
