F45 Training Wakerley

I am undertaking a transformation challenge at F45 Wakerley. I have seen mind blowing results in a very short space in time. My body has totally transformed in just 3 weeks. The motivation of group sessions pushes you far harder than you would ever train alone at the gym. Its an inclusive environment with super friendly trainers who will push you beyond what you thought you could achieve.

Have been going to F45 Wakerley for close to 6 months now and I absolutely love it. It is somewhere I look forward to going everyday and the owners/trainers are amazing! The classes keep you challenged where you get to make new friends with like minded people all while having so much fun.

Extremely expensive for average workouts.
