I'd never tried Reformer Pilates before and now I'm addicted! I feel so much stronger and can see some tone and definition that I didn't have before. The instructors are great and there is a variety of classes. I highly recommend Viva!

I’ve tried a couple of Pilates studios and Viva Pilates is up there with one of the best! I love the variety of classes on offer, from traditional Pilates, to Hit Pilates, to classes which focus on specific muscles. The studio is beautiful and has a friendly vibe.

It can be hard to get a hold of someone by phone, but when you do. They are very very helpful and make the experience worth the perseverence.
