Bankstown City Locksmiths

I came in to the Bankstown city locksmith shop to ask for advice regarding upgrading my home locks and a spare key/remote for my car. To my disgust they showed absolutely no interest whatsoever in helping me and were totally rude. Don’t go to these people, they are not worthy of anyone’s business. Don’t believe the good reviews, they are clearly from family and friends. Be aware and stay away!

Polite staff, quick response and reasonable price.

I purchased a remote for my car from this Locksmith shop, after 1 week it fell apart. I came back into the shop to show them what happened. Well what a disaster that turned out to be, the middle aged man at the counter that served me started to yell at me saying that it was all my fault that the remote fell apart. I was shocked he belittled and embarressed me. I will never set foot in this place again!

Had a issue with the flip key on my car, called up to see if there was anything that could be done and these guys went above and beyond. explained the problem over the phone and they gave me a couple of causes and solutions. I drove down on my lunch break and had it fixed within 10 minutes. Top blokes with loads of knowledge. Will definitely go back for any other issues and new keys. Highly Recommend 10/10
