Two stars, one for coming out quickly and one for his nature ... I did end up finding a key and did not need the service. I was prompt to call back and agreed to pay a call out fee. He asked for 100 dollars, I asked for 50, the rest of Sydney is doing 35, 45 dollar call outs. I paid this really high call out price. I hope others out there take this into account if you accidentally misplace your keys..!
