Great gym with a friendly atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and full of good advice. Plus the place is always clean and equipment in great condition.
I started training here 9 months ago and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. The friendly team (Hayden, Tegan, Dale & Mark) have all been helpful and supportive with providing the right tools and education around nutrition, biomechanics of the body + excercise.nI've noticed increased energy levels, improvement in my mood and better resilience to stress. Along with 15kg's of fat that I'd torched in the first 5 months thanks to their positive motivation and focus on technique and performance.nIt's a great community and you immediately feel like family when you're here. It's clear that they're passionate about health and fitness and care about what they do.nnBest Gym on the Sunny Coast!
A great, relaxed atmosphere in the gym. Very friendly, professional staff who are extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Very happy our family joined.
