The staff at aqua bird Warwick are very helpful and knowledgeable - I've had my conure (south American parrot) for a year and a few months, learning on the go, they've given me plenty of helpful advice on knowing what's normal for her and have a great range of birdie supplies. When I recently went on a family holiday for a week, they looked after her very well in their bird enclosure, sending me photos & videos throughout the week, which was nice and comforting while I missed her.
