I can't speak highly enough of Kymmie and Bodyfit and Flex! I joined the 6 week boot camp to get myself back into a healthy exercise routine and from the moment I contacted Kymmie, she was welcoming and friendly - like I had known her for years! This didn't change either - she is absolutely lovely, energetic and invested in you the whole time you go to Bodyfit and Flex and wants the best outcome for each individual. I would highly recommend this studio if you're looking for somewhere to go!

Excellent Pilates studio. Kimmi & Anna are both amazing instructors and the pricing structure is very affordable. They provide fitness options for all ages & fitness levels (including injury friendly alternatives). Miss you both & hope to return when I’m in the area next :) Amber

This place is amazing and full of good vibes! The Reformer Pilates is fun and a great work out. The instructors are so experienced and inspiring. The Yoga and Arial Yoga is also available and why I love going here.
