F45 Training Birkdale

Absolutely love my F45 Birkdale family! It’s such a fun atmosphere, with supportive members, and motivating trainers. The training changes up so there’s always something new, and it can always be adapted to whatever your fitness level. It’s the only training I’ve ever stuck with and actually enjoyed waking up early for. And because of it I’ve seen such a change in my strength and abilities, I couldn’t live without them now!

F45 Birkdale is a great environment. The members are helpful and the trainers care about each of their clients. I don’t feel like a number and I appreciate the time and effort they dedicate into my workouts, training schedule and goals. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is wanting to join and have trainers who support, motivate and push you in your workouts

F45 Birkdale is a fantastic studio. The trainers are so committed and really take care of everyone, regardless of your level of fitness. Claire has so much energy and always makes you feel welcome. Everyone works hard and a friendly environment.

I absolutely love everything about the Birkdale studio. I genuinely feel like I’m apart of a family at this gym. Claire and Alysse always make workouts fun and enjoyable whilst also being super motivational and supportive. They genuinely care about your health and well-being.
