Janine Romano Group Fitness

Janine is an amazing personal trainer. The fitness classes are never boring with her. She keeps mixing and matching the workouts to keep us all engaged. She not only keeps pushing our limits, to bring us to the next level, but most importantly, she is constantly stretching limits herself, achieving one goal after another. With her being also a nutritionist and chef, she can design a suitable diet with calorie intake suitable for our training goal, whether we are looking at loosing weight, get in shape, or high performance training.
