I took my new boots to Mister Minit in Goulburn to have them stretched. Unfortunately I had to pick them up before they were stretched properly so I can’t comment on the quality of the stretch. However, when I got home I tried them on to find that one of the laces had been snapped in half and there was a solid dent in the front of the left shoe. It’s safe to say I’m not happy as these were brand new $250 shoes. Great place to get keys cut but I don’t recommend their cobbler services.

Great service, just a touch on the expensive side for some things, however, they're open and easy to find, and you can shop in the centre while you wait.

Brilliant service, got my present engraved, a replacement key cut since mine was bent and the sole put back on my shoe. The guy there was amazing and had it done faster than I could get a bite to eat. Would recommend everyone go to this store for some excellent service

I bought a $20 nurses watch from Mr Minit and the battery ran out shortly (like they always do). I bought a new battery for $8.95 and took it home, but was unable to open the back of my watch to put the battery in. I went back to Mr Minit a week later with the new battery and watch I had bought from there previously and asked if he could open the back for me so I could put the battery in. I was charged $12 to get the fob watch opened to put the battery in!!!! The watch was only worth $20 and I had already paid $8.95 for the battery the week before.
