He thought he might take too long, so he assigned someone else to me. It was all sorted within 2 hours of making the first call. Don't bother wasting your time going there to get keys cut or even - like me - where I wanted them to come to my house to replace a number of barrels with and supply security keys. Big sign on the door saying we no longer do retail cutting. Why is this not listed on the website - pure laziness and a "we don't care" attitude.
