The staff was inpatience, very bad attitude and aggressive, the worst experience in commonwealth.
Could be better but what else can you expect from 1 or the big 4.
Went to open accounts after arriving in Australia. Service was great and quick. Myself and my partner opened accounts and were out in less than 20 mins
Worst customer service in the town. This is the worst branch in entire Townsville. I been here two time and every time I been here the service is horrific and I have to go to stockland branch again to sort my issue. When I go to Stockland brach they are good and ready to serve customer. They are there to serve customer, but the people in city don't know what the heck they doing.
They'll be a good bank if they stop funding bad fossil fuel projects. The real money's not there any more.
