These guys are fantastic. They were able to source a replacement 'Jackson' lock for my front door and had it ordered in just a couple of days! The service was friendly, honest and professional. I accidentally locked my suitcase, with the padlock key inside the suitcase. Went to the shop in Kogarah, and the gentleman on site confirmed that it was not economical to get a replacement key made, so cut the lock off instead, and I was not charged for the service. I am very happy to get back access, to my belongings. Great help, thank you. A+
