Really good service s quick response and one on one talk ( customer service 100 per cent)

Went to have a post box key cut. Excellent customer service. The locksmith had the key (s) ready practically before I had the time to remove my credit card from my wallet. Went home & the fit was just perfect. Mister Minit, Thank you so much.

Twice I have dealt with this “gentleman “ twice he has been rude. Would not go to him if he was the only mr minit on the planet.

Never back again , terrible service ! I took my shoes to be fixed on a Saturday they told me to pick them up on Sunday when I went on Sunday they didn’t even started them , the Asian man didn’t even apologize he just told me to go on Monday as I don’t have anything else to do. My husband picked them up , he is an ex cobbler and told me that the workmanship was not good and when he tried to explain to the Asian man he just pretty much left the shoes on the bench like that’s it. I have never seen worse service!

Got two car keys fixed right away while I did my shopping. Quick service and good communication from the staff- they called me when the job was completed.
