It's pretty hard to find a totally honest real estate company these days, one that tell you the truth and don't sign you up on the basis of an inflated appraisal and then disappoint you later. Vivians are not only very professional, responsive and knowledgeable they are completely honest and don't sugar coat their information to their clients. We sold our Cottesloe family home of 20 years with them and couldn't be happier with their service.
