Phoned this morning to make sure everything was good as agreed schedule. Turned up early in fact which was to my advantage. VERY polite young man. Completed a thorough job inside and out with the minimum of fuss and disruption. Price was also very good. Highly recommended

Excellent customer service, thorough inspection and spider/insect spray around the entire house. I have been using this company for years and even though they are situated in North Perth they come down to Bertram (Kwinana). They contact me every year for my inspection and if the time is not suitable they are very happy to reschedule. With timber floors throughout my whole house and timber roof structure, I'm glad that they remind me every year about my inspection as termite damage is not covered by insurance. A great family and Western Australian owned company!!

Despite being asked to be removed from their mailing list I was not and an unsolicited service was conducted whilst I was overseas. Very aggressive marketing and poor customer service. I would definitely not recommend using or even contacting this company.

Initial service was good. Very aggressive after service marketing, to the point where they were going to conduct work without proper consent.
