Dialogue Crossfit

Can’t recommend this place enough. As an exercise physiologist, I appreciate the smart prescription and programming of sessions at Dialogue Crossfit. Mobility and activation first, skill and strength next, then finish with higher intensity stuff before cooling down and recovering. The programming builds you, not breaks you. The coaches always strike the right balance between correction and encouragement. I love that there is no white boards to fuel competitiveness and intimidation. Only good vibes where everyone is welcome!

Great encouraging box that really does cater to a wide array of people. Quality Rogue gear, Passionate and approachable coaches, lots of space and positive environment. Dialogue is for everyone and anyone.

I started with the couch to CrossFit program, and continued on because I loved it so much. Scott & Marissa have created a welcoming & supportive environment at Dialogue, it’s always heaps of fun.
