Ben and his team did a full bathroom renovation in 2016 at my rental property in Belmont WA. I have a brick veener old style house with a suspended limestone timber foundation. When he did the demolition he wasn't aware that the he need to setup a replacement timber structure for my new toilet, which I found strange as he checked everything before he quoted me. As a result he used this opportunity to get more money.nnHe also need to replace the existing gyprock wall with a villa board (water proof board). After several arguments he insisted to replace the wall with a gyprock style board (blue board) instead of the villa board which I advised him will not be good enough for wet area. In the end after he completed the installation, he agreed Villaboard is more appropriate material and he re-do the job with villa board.nnHis plumber was not reliable, they keep delaying the job by more than 3 weeks. So you may imagine the inconvenience caused by unnecessary delay to us and our tenant cost us money from losing rental income. As we have to give our tenant a discounted rental rate for the inconvenience.nnAs part of the package, Ben promised to give 5 years warranty for his workmanship. We have been getting issue with our shower screen door. It require some adjustment . Me and my sister have been trying to get in touch with Ben via phone, sms, imessage, and line.nnBen never return our phone calls or respond to our text messages. I found this sort of practice is very unprofessional, especially after we spend more than $12k for our bathroom.nnWe just realised he moved to Melbourne, I still don't see this as a reason why he doesn't have the courage to return our calls or texts
