I am not normally one to write a bad review but I must share my experience with this company as I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism I dealt with. I went in for an Invisalign quote approximately 3-4 months ago, Dr. Ash Shah took some photos of my teeth and drew up a quote for the treatment, she explained everything that would be required and the next step of the process. There were a few underlying issues with my teeth in which she mentioned we could either fix at the same time or re-assess down the track. It was mentioned to me that regardless I could of gone through with this treatment and the quote will stand up until I am ready to begin. After moving house and finally sorting out my financials I was now ready to proceed with the treatment. I booked my appointment to start the treatment 3 weeks ago, this was the appointment in which you take moulds, scans, x-rays and everything involved to start your treatment officially. I took time off work in an extremely busy period to come to this appointment I had booked 3 weeks in advance in which I was so excited for. When I entered the clinic and sat in the chair to have a discussion with Ash, she mentioned "I have been looking at your photos all day and I think due to your crossbite we are going to have a problem and might not even be able to do this treatment." I was extremely disheartened in the fact that the information I had received prior was not the same in the slightest and no one even told me about this when a simple phone call could of given me this information months ago. She then mentioned to me " I am also going on maternity leave, so I wont even be here to conduct your treatment, and no one else in the office is able to do the treatment for you, so how badly do you want your teeth fixed?" The sheer lack of professionalism in this statement made me almost want to walk out of the clinic, as all of this information could of very simply been told to me either on the phone when I called, or 3 weeks ago when I booked the consult to start treatment. The amount of time Ash had to receive a second opinion from another Ortho to see if the treatment would be ok for me, for her to only tell me this information when I have taken time out of my day to leave work and come to the appointment for a mere 5-10 minutes of complete unprofessionalism, is not at all acceptable for a business who has a very high reputation in which I also trusted to provide me with the fantastic service they deem to give to all of their patients. I walked out of that office feeling as if not one person even cared that a treatment I have been saving my money for, and eagerly waiting for months to start, was completely thrown in my face to be told "I probably wont be eligible for it anyway" It seems that when things dont fit this business or their schedule, they have a simple no care attitude, and throw a patients problems onto another clinic and dont even think to inform their clients that their time over the past months has been completely and utterly wasted. I will happily be taking my treatment plan elsewhere, where I can walk into a clinic and feel like a valued patient.

Denis has been my dentist for almost twenty years. I was referred to Denis for a second opinion in the late 1990's after a dentist who took over my recently retired dentist's practice wanted to remove a Maryland bridge. Denis said it was fine. It is still going strong. Denis only provides care that is truly necessary. He is gentle. His staff are caring. I travel a long way to Floreat.

Cosmetic Solutions is a fantastic clinic, the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, Chelsea Brooks made me feel comfortable and was nice and friendly with a professional attitude!

Denis is a passionate and caring professional who my family have seen for the past 2O years. If you want a dentist who knows what is really needed and will look after your best interests see Denis first.
