Massage therapist was running 15 minutes late, and then finished my one hour remedial massage 15 minutes early. The massage was definitely not remedial and worth the money. A very rude receptionist, Claire, was no help in remedying the situation.
5 stars to Jack. He listened to where my pain was, took my history into account and fixed my neck in 20 minutes.
I’d spent $100 on a different physio 3 days earlier who did nothing but assume from my pram and baby that it was a nursing injury. I wish I could transfer that money to Jack. 10/10
