I have been seeing Demi at The Studio for over a year now through weekly clinical Pilates and physiotherapy treatment when required. My back problems have improved immensely since I started seeing Demi, as she is easy to work with and can alter exercises to suit me.
All staff are very friendly as well, I definitely recommend!
Pilates classes are very good. Demi is very easy to work with and has quickly found the right areas I need to work on.
Excellent standard of treatment, and everybody is always lovely and friendly.
