Great service and friendly staff. Shame I had to be very disappointed after moving out. I am still waiting for my security deposit to be refunded more than 2 weeks after being advised that it would be refunded in full. Apparently the owner is the only member of staff able to complete this process and he’ll get around to it.....

When I first started my business I used Balcatta storage and the service was excellent with a very friendly staff. I loved how everything was clean and tidy unless of course if you just messed it up. I would highly recommend it and would definitely use them again if I need extra space.

Rang phone number on door numerous times attempting to rent unit no answer and no return call took my business to someone who wants my money

Don't normally bother reviewing. But great, friendly pro active staff. Clean new facility. Did a quick call around and they had best price. Cheers
