Build-A-Bear Workshop

A very friendly atmosphere, Emily who was the worker there is kind, nice and is very efficient at their work. She is really good at her multitasking too :) I loved the hugs and kisses bear (that was made into raya from raya and the last dragon) that I got from her ^^ I would recommend coming over to this store If you ever want any bears made by her :D

My girlfriend and I have been to both Joondalup and Carousel and the service and customer service was a lot better at Carousel! The staff are very friendly and super enthusiastic! At the Joondalup store they didn't give us the opportunity to name or print out a birth certificate for the bears, whereas carousel went above and beyond with everything! 5 starts from us!

The lady with the English accent who works here is absolutely lovely, such a bubbly personality. It was a bit unfortunate to see her having to work the stuffing machine and the til on her own while the shop was packed out but she still made my daughters experience great regardless of the wait.

Another shop we love going to when we are up here. Staff friendly and helpful.

My partner and I went to make a build a bear for our nephew who was in hospital. The process was easy once we decided on a teddy. The service was awesome and the process of making Tigger was fun.
