Came here with my son to get walking shoes for myself. Didn't expect any useful help from staff, but Monique asked if we needed help. Her advice turned out to be the best. Great comfortable shoes that were like walking on clouds and they were on sale. My son had not intended to get any shoes and he ended up getting a pair of the same shoes! Thank you Monique for your old fashioned great value service. We'll be back to see you again in the future!
Best place and alot of offer for buying sports good at very low price. I love it. Always visit the Jim kidd store in dfo mall near airport, they are the biggest and have more variety and more offer.
Went in store on Thursday the 3rd December 2020 and was served by Matt Fisher. What an absolute delight he was, his customer service was exceptional. I went in to purchase one pair of runners and we walked out with four pairs of shoes. Not pushing at all, in fact he was so helpful with different options that this was the reason we purchased the four pairs of shoes. Well done Matt, we will be back.

Very Very big store, it has soo many shoes to choose from and the staff are always willing to help you out with anything you need at anytime. The design of the store is good and is near and entry/exit to the store. This Jim Kidd Sport's shop is bigger than most of their shops.nThe transport options to the store is limited but it's okay. Parking is okay with cheap parking fees compared to other shopping centres. I would totally recommend shop here for your shoes.
