A great store but despite being located within the Perth DFO discount outlet centre, this is unfortunately by no means a discount store. You will be paying top dollar for your branded goods at Roadhouse WA. I had asked if they would price match a pair of Mack safety boots which were priced at $229.95 whilst the same boots were priced at many other stores for around the $175 mark. Roadhouse wouldn't budge on the price and advised me to go elsewhere if I could get them any cheaper. The best piece of advice I had received all day as I then purchased them online at Allingtons Outpost for $167.96 including free delivery. Roadhouse need to price in accordance with the pricing structure of many of the other outlet stores based at the Perth DFO which do offer genuine discounts.

Came here in search of some comfortable boots for work- Ray was a wealth of knowledge and I ended up taking home a beaut Aussie-made pair of Redbacks! There was a factory fault with my pair however, but Ray went above and beyond to chase me down a brand new pair direct from the manufacturer- quite a feat amidst the coronavirus and lockdown fiasco!nHard to find proper good old fashion customer service and care like this nowadaysnIve had my boots for 6 months now and they’re such a dream to work innA++++ couldn’t be happier- Thanks Ray!! ud83dudc4dud83cudffc

I have purchased a number of pairs of shoes from Roadhouse at DFO. Ray has assisted me on most of my visits. He provides outstanding customer service. Today I attended Roadhouse as I had to return a faulty product (a belt). It was 13 months old. Ray and Mansi assisted me. Again, outstanding service - I was able to return the belt without any fuss.nnIn Australia it is sadly the exception rather than the rule that retail service will be acceptable. The service that Ray and Mansi provided was of a level one would expect at a premium retailer, rather than a discount environment such as DFO. Truly exceptional. The sort of service that means customers, such as myself, are happy to possibly pay a few extra dollars for the experience rather than shopping online.nnThank you Ray and Mansi!
