My wife bought a $350 bag over 2 yrs ago so it was way out of warranty. The zip had failed. Went into the DFO store and spoke to a girl called Jodie. After getting the receipt she requested she gave my wife $350 store credit. My wife got a new Mimco handbag, Mimco leather flip case for her S20plus phone and earings. Absolutely amazing service, did not expect that seeing as it was out of warranty.
Place is nice. Prices are similar or in some cases bit higher than water town. Plus point heaps of shop for men.nPARKING is downside we spent little more than 5 hours and paid ridiculous amount $30 which is terrible. So be aware of time you spend there. What a rip off with parking.
