Staff are helpful.nnThe shoes I bought from here fell apart in around 3 months, and the jacket I ordered online from Oxley was not sized correctly (they seem to make up their own measurements for the sizes)nnOnly worth the trip if you like to put your shoes through a cobbler immoderately after purchase!

Good range of suits. Lacking variety and sizes in casual attire

The clothing store itself has a nice range of clothes at very reasonable prices. However thr sales person at the DFO outlet leaves a lot to be said for service. We visited on 31st May at entered the shop at about 5.15pm. I was specifically looking for chinos and trousers. While the retail-girl said a hello, there was no further interaction. This was actually not a problem. I am normally a size 32 but these ones were too tight, so came out of the change room and searched for size 34, all this while the sales girl kept staring into space. There were no other customers. Then she started counting down saying she will close in 10 mins. It was only 5.25pm. DFO closes at 6 pm. I took some samples of size 34 but these were too tight as well. She then proceeded to tell me it's no use looking for another size as she was closing in 2 minutes. I was going to purchase 6 trousers. She then told me that all their customers have problems finding the right size as their brand has very small sizes compared to others, hence they don't actually compare! She had already shut the shutters. Wouldn't an efficient sales person pick up that we were having trouble with the sizes much earleir, helped sort out sizes and hence make a sale as well as close early? All she wanted was to leave. We did leave. How sad for the owners! Ultimately with this service the shop will close and this lazy girl will be out of a job.

The 2 young ladies working on Saturday 9/3/19 were excellent.
