Perfect fit. Stylish and decent.
I ordered an item (as a gift) from Ben Sherman AUS on the 13th of May. I received the order on the 3rd of June (21 days later).nThe item was incorrect. I contacted the customer service team to advise them they had sent me the wrong item, and that I need the correct item sent out ASAP as it was a gift.nThe correct item arrived on the 8th of July - this was now 8 weeks/56 days since I ordered the item, meaning that the gift was going to have to be belated.nThe item (a wallet) was correct this time, however, had a HUGE RIP through the back of it.nAfter 2 months of waiting for my item, after all that, it needs to be refunded.nThe customer service team is shocking, take ridiculously long to reply to you and get nothing done until you hassle them over and over again.nWill NOT be buying from Ben Sherman AUS again..
