Decjuba DFO has the good deals, yes.nnBut the staff here really need to work on their customer service skills. Instead of standing around talking to each other and leering at customers from the corner of their eye, or following customers around readjusting all the hangers that the customer literally had just finishing browsing through.nnThey really should just help customers with what they need, or make them feel welcome at least...
Rude, I had to try the dresses 3 times until I got the one I like. I know the old lady and the girl laughing at me when I came in to the fitting room the third time, they didn’t even say thank when I paid for the dress. Never come there again.
22/03/2021 the lady on duty around 05:00 with short hairs on the counter was very very rude, I think she wants customers to not to touch anything in the store and don’t try in the trial room as well, may be because it will increase her work, but Decjuba should teach her how to deal with customers with respect and do her duties.
