Nice collection but the lady at the shop needs to realise that customers need time to choose a gift, your chasing would not make them buy and also need to learn to deal with people with different backgrounds (if this is the reason for chasing customers)
Nice collections of souvenirs.....nGreat place for a quick pick for kids teeny things on the way back home...nIt will be great if you could bring new items quite frequently, specially kids toys and souvenirs ...many times had nothing new to select for few months....thanks
The Qantas automated bag check in says my luggage may be oversize (it isn't) and then can't find my flight details (why not?) before the screen hangs and I'm forced to see the run-off-her-feet attendant for a second time. Meanwhile, four attendants behind desks, reserved for elite flyers only, stand around with nothing to do and noone standing in their queue. Pretty poor way to start a vacation.
