We used Geoff from Petit Homes for our balcony extension and cannot recommend him highly enough. We were impressed by his professional and thorough approach and close attention to detail. I would recommend Geoff and his team for any domestic work.nAlthough we had a signed contract amount, the vast amount of work was anticipated to be on a cost plus basis. The cost control was excellent, the variations were fairly priced and time management was most impressive.nnIn my instance, the work was alterations and additions spread over various parts of the house. As an Architect I know additions can be stressful for the client. In this case it was much less stressful than anticipated. Geoff programmed the works to minimise disruption, kept a clean site. He and his team ensured we were able to live in the house with minimal disruption and live a surprisingly normal life.nnGeoff's management and his team are of a standard and integrity that I would be confident to work with them on a cost plus basis for a new dwelling.
