Australian Home Inspections

We have used Australian Home Inspections for our new house construction recently. They are very professional and given detailed report in each stage of construction which was really a peace of mind for us. We strongly recommend them if you are planning for a new home.

It was the best services I recieved so far in building industry and it was the best decision to hire inspector from AHI. Our inspector Nick consulted us long time before we even booked inspection and paid the fees. Was very quick to respond, patient, explained everyting as many times as was needed for us first time building new house. Very professional inteligent man. He found more than 80 defaults in the house, provided very detailed report with pictures, which our builders couldn't argue. He found some major items, which were done not per the standards. For one we got monetary compensation, all others were fixed. He communicated to us via phone and email and was consulting us what to write to the builders and how to proceed with some arguments. And this is the only company I could find who comes for second inspection at no extra charge. In fact it was one of the most affordable prices on the market currently. I would recommend this company to everyone who builds or buys properties, as service is exceptional and very professional. It was the best investment in our new house.
