I used Prompt Roofing after purchasing an old 1950s home with (very) old terracotta tiles on the roof and the whole roof needed to be replaced. Prompt Roofing walked me through every aspect of the job and made a stressful situation very relaxing and easy. The quality of the work was amazing and their service was outstanding (as an example the owner spent ages talking through colour and style choices with me). Everyone I dealt with at Prompt Roofing was friendly, efficient and just such a pleasure to deal with. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
The name says it all Prompt...the workmanship of the team was great, very transparent about communicating what, when and how things were going to happen. We were told it would take a week to re-roof our home and it did. Can highly recommend Pete and his team.
