Very friendly staff and extremely efficient. Have had 2 pens engraved and had recently gone back to get another as I’m very happy with the work. More affordable than other stores I’ve looked at so the value is great and I waited no longer than 20 minutes. The engravings are beautiful and neat - I had them done in lowercase and found them to be much cleaner than other places.

Great service from Bruce can't really remember the name..I wanted to change my car remote battery..he explained the diffarant systems..types and did the job with a smile..and he's only being in Melbourne 4 days ..Great work keep it up..comes with 1 year warranty..cost me $20..

Yup. Rudest person ever. The man was working there for the longest time and grumpy face all the time. My key was cut there and did not worked. Went back twice and did not work. How is this kind of rude people still working there is beyond my imagination. Basically throwing away business. Just look at the reviews before mine.
