I want to convey the experience I just had at the 167 Eagle Street, Brisbane City branch. It was excellent. Both the customer service representative and manager were fantastic in their approach and provided a solution immediately. They should be commended for their efforts and conduct as BOQ representatives. Good work guys!
Poor internet banking system, poor identification process, rude call centre staff, and archaic processes. If you want a bank that's in the 21st century don't pick BOQ.
