We're late sending bills. Not understanding people if you rent under them. Some of the agents were nice and some didn't care. Wouldn't recommend them and I will always avoid them

I have had Sara Doig and her team managing both my properties for nearly ten years now. I have always found Sara Doig and her team accessible and easy to deal with. Communication is excellent and I like the format of the electronic monthly reports and inspections. They also have a good range of contractors for repairs at reasonable prices as well. I really am glad to have PPE managing my investments. Highly recommended.
