Couldn't find a Feedback form on the website for Cockburn.nI just had my Health care plan done with an amazing nurse called Dani - I think her full name is Danica.nDani is an amazing ambassador for St John Medical Cockburn. She is thorough, without being intrusive. I hope the Cockburn Practice Manager sees this review. Dani is a great nurse and I hope a permanent fixture at Cockburn. Thank you Dani!

Clean and professional facility. Lovely front desk and Dr Julien Gazzina is a wonderful practitioner with great communication and listening skills. I feel understood and appreciated, highly recommend.

Absolutely disgusted by the service from receptionists. Initially I made an F2F appointment to see my regular GP. Later on due to sudden lockdown it has been changed to phone consult. During my telephone consult time did not get any phone, voice msg, email. Later on I called to find out what happened with my phone consult. I waited for 20 minutes to talk with receptionist, could not get hold of anyone, later on left my number. Yes then I got call by the receptionist could not get her name, but that was someone from 27 th April around 14:30 hrs. She told me that as I did not have F2F appointment over the last 12 month doctor cancelled the appointment, for which I am ok with that. Later on she repeatedly saying she left the voice msg, I told her I did not get any voice msg. Later on she asked whether I have checked my phone. Well it's a common sense when patient already saying that there was no voice msg, why keep repeating that. I told her if that was the case why someone few days earlier confirmed that phone consult is possible. Honestly I don't have any problem with my GP, he did not do anything wrong. But there should be an system in place that prior to confirming any sort of change with appointment you should check that, for which doctor does not need to approve that. Also the general enquiry number that's a joke. Clearly you guys don't care about your patient. only with good GP, system cannot run smoothly, receptionist need to learn basic manner how to deal with people. Never will come back to place.

Waiting with my daughter for 40mis due to receptionist continuing to forget to notify doctor that she is in the practice waiting. Absolutely deplorable

Came here for first time today. I've been told there are 3 people before me. It's been 40 min now and they still telling me 2 more people before me. Texted my friend about the situation first thing he texted me back is don't tell me you are at cockburn. Must say quite a reputation you guys have. Guess what its been 45 min now and I think this review is the best thing I can do while I am still waiting.nFirst and last time. Thank you for increasing my headache. Still waiting for someone to see me.
