Like most I dealt with Ken the owner of the company and it was very refreshing not being looked at as $$$'s and instead of being a customer, Ken was not pushy and did not hound you after the quote unlike other companies. I had his son and another installer come out to do the job and the job was a lot harder then expected mainly due to the construction materials however all done to his standards it is more important to Ken and his team to have a job done perfect than just look at time spent to install sometimes things don’t go as plan or expected and this is why I went with Shutter guard!!! I highly recommended them in fact my next door neighbour is getting Ken out for a quote and one of my other neighbours in my block planning on giving him a call as they both seen the work that the team done.nnThis is something to save you all the time and effort, after me not doing my home work I had shonky operators come into my home and attempt to deceive me. Unfortunately for them my BS meter was on that day. Never trust TV advertise roller shutter companies they will scam you!!!! when they say $11k for 4 electric shutters then drop it down to $8K and you knock them down to $3600 but they come back after the quote is done and tell you that you need to pay an extra $1300 on top of the quoted price. Not worth the head games look at the reviews of what the worst customer review was and read how it was sorted. Ken has zero bad reviews for a reason and he has been around for a lot long then most.nnThanks Ken will be giving you a call soon.nnMike
