Lovely selection of gowns. The sales lady was very kind and helpful. My daughter was very happy with her gown and said she received many compliments.

Beautiful assistants very friendly; amazing designs and fresh interesting pieces, got both my daughter's ball gown and now engagement party dress from these lovely ladies and will see them when the wedding is on.... don't pass up the opportunity to check them out if in need for a stunning dress

They seemed nice on my first visit but it quickly turned bad. When I went back to buy a dress I liked (which was over $500) while I was trying it on to show my mum the owner of the shop made a negative comment about my weight. And then while my dress was getting altered by them they lost it for a month. An entire month. They then tried to pass off a different dress as my one before finally finding my dress after I had to call and ask multiple times. Then when I tried it on the neck had been shorten by 4 inches instead of lengthened and this almost completely ruined the dress because of how it is styled. They also didn't shorten the sides like I'd asked. The owner wasn't taking any responsibility for the damage done and stress caused to me just days before my ball. We went somewhere else to get the proper alterations and had to cut up a similar dress to fix what they had done to mine. My dress ended up being salvaged as much as possible but it definitely didn't look how it would have if it had been altered correctly in the first place. All in all, the customer service was horrible, we weren't adequately compensated for the damage done and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Love this shop, good mix of vintage & contemporary clothing. Some gorgeous jewellery and shoes too.
