Wonderful service and fantastic items available for purchase!nI'm so grateful to have Miss Betty's in my local community to purchase clothes and accessories which are not found in mainstream stores.nI have never had any issues with clothing purchased and always feel welcomed, well informed and supported when I shop there.
I spent almost $400 on dresses and shoes with Miss Betty Clothing and the items I received at best would be classed as seconds.nI contacted Miss Betty Clothing and returned items at my cost only to be told they would not refund me nor will they send the items back to me.nThey did refund me 50% for one pair of shoes, which makes no sense, why not the full amount I paid for the shoes.nnAs someone in the Rockabilly scene I have spent thousands of dollars from other retailers and never had a problem. I am so disappointed and feel ripped off by Miss Betty Clothing. I want to let everyone know not to purchase from Miss Betty Clothing as the quality at best would be classed as seconds.
Absolutely substandard products that look and feel like poor quality chinese knock offs. Save your money for quality products and shop elsewhere. Attaining a full refund is time consuming and will take months through this store!!
Doesn't deserve one star. A dishonest business who has no empathy for outstanding money owed.
Absolutely fantastic service, amazing range, and prices rivaling online vintage retailers.
