Moving can be a stressful time and the guys at Grace Removals Albany made it that much easier and smoother. Patient, understanding and accommodating, very friendly and professional, especially Melissa. I called and email numerous times, with questions and amendments to the consignment, and each time Melissa was very helpful and considerate. She always got back to me and made the whole process that much more pleasant. I have used Grace before and now, and will use them in the future. I used Grace Removals in Albany WA, initially to move 6 x boxes in September 2017 and they were very helpful, efficient and the cost was reasonable. I have just used them again to move a house full of furniture from Albany WA to the Blue Mountains NSW. The guys in Albany who packed the containers were fantastic. Everything was very well wrapped. The three guys who delivered and unpacked the containers in the Blue Mountains were awesome, they were so helpful and couldn't do enough. I would not hesitate in recommending Grace Removals to anyone who is moving house and wants their furniture to turn up without a scratch.
