I contacted after I went through the website which took hours and wrote down a large list of aids and equipment I need. I wanted a price for all listed items. Has their website Dont put prices on their items, I was told their OT, will call me in 48 hours. When she did, she wanted all my private info including condition etc, after which, she sent me a emailed invoice to be signed agreeing to pay their costs of $1248..,.,,stating once that is signed then they will give me a price for all the items I wanted.......nI honesty believe this is criminal at best!! They deliberately don’t put prices on their website products so they can con and manipulate you with outrageous charges to look in the price chart. Obviously, I won’t be getting my aids.
