100% recommend Epic Win PT. Jon and Liam are extremely passionate about what they do and make the sessions heaps of fun. There are a great bunch of people who go and they all support each other. I actually look forward to waking up for the 6am ICE sessions!

I've been a member of many gyms but Epic Win is unique! I genuinely look forward to group sessions and I'm never disappointed. Jon and Liam know their clients inside and out and are excellent at tailoring sessions to their needs. Best of all, sessions are fun, entertaining and I'm always motivated to get out of bed to get there! Love the community they have built =)

Amazing trainers. Not only do Jon and Liam push you hard and make you realise your goals but you also have fun. None of that pretence as at others gyms... builds your self confidence and self esteem. Highly recommend the 12 week challenge... awesome results. Thanks guys

Love EpicWin and Jon is a fabulous trainer - sassy and always with the sarcasm: he's just what I needed to get me into, and keep me going to, a gym. At 30-odd years old, I have never been a gym junkie, but Jon has me going twice a week for almost 2 years - I call that a rip roaring success
