I would highly recommend this studio to those interested in pilates. The staff were very friendly, helpful and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable. Having only recently commenced pilates, I found the classes to be very well structured and organised, which is exactly what I required to achieve my goals of improving my strength and co-ordination
