F45 Training Kelvin Grove

I love going to F45 KG!! I have been going there for nearly 2 years and I absolutely love getting up and starting my day with them! The trainers are amazing and always help you out!

F45 Kelvin Grove is a very fantastic studio. It has been about a month since I started and my very first lesson I was very nervous but instructors are very friendly, approachable and they made me feel very welcomed, even the members there are very friendly and helpful. It makes me want to keep going for lessons.

Cheers to the groovy playlists keeping me going and awesome friendly trainers! They're always happy to come say hello and are constantly keeping the energy up, even at ridiculously early times in the morning!

I've trained at two other north Brisbane studios and the trainers at Kelvin Grove F45 are by far the best. They are friendly and actually train and encourage you.

Awesome new studio; heaps of parking in the complex. The trainers are amazing and give that extra push. Really friendly members; I've been to a lot of other studios since I started F45 (on trips away/in different cities) and the team at KG always stand out and are really consistent in their energy!
