Had lost my keys to roller door , rang to ask if it was possible to get keys cut without having to buy a whole new lock. The young lady on reception was very polite and helpful, after speaking with a team member , a few pictures later and my son was able to get the new keys. Save the callout fee and Do it Yourself! I took the lock out, and the shop diagnosed the issue promptly. Replacement lock and handle suggested and cut to suit keys. Less than $55. Easy to replace.

Horrible customer service. Went elsewhere and got looked after properly. Will never use magill locksmiths again.

They helped me organise an extra key for the motorbike, knew what was required. Thankful as know I have two keys, don't need to use the master key.
